On March 21, 1958, Grant Cardone was born in Lake Charles, Louisiana. Concetta Neil Cardone (who died in 2009) and Curtis Louis Cardone (who died in 1968) were his parents. Grant spent $40 million for a house in Malibu, California, in January 2022. The house measures 9,500 square feet and is situated on Carbon Beach. It was once listed for fifty million dollars. Vadim Shulman, a Ukrainian oligarch, sold the home in 2014 for a price of $25 million. Hollywood producer Jeffrey Katzenberg and billionaire Larry Ellison, the inventor of Oracle, are next-door neighbors.
